Your beta preferences stay purpose-limited

What we collect
When you join the free beta, Twelfth Keep LLC stores the company name and work email you provide; your role, opportunity-pursuit frequency, selected trades, counties and cadence; how you found the beta and any non-personal invitation code in the signup link; consent and signup records; delivery status; and any feedback you submit. Basic server and security logs may also record technical request data.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm your opt-in, match public-opportunity intelligence to your stated interests, send beta updates, operate and secure the service, suppress mail after an unsubscribe, and measure whether the beta reaches qualified Florida operators and changes real decisions. We do not sell subscriber information or enroll beta users in a paid plan automatically.
Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by infrastructure and email providers used to operate Florida Opportunity Hub. We retain active beta records while the service is operating and retain limited suppression evidence as needed to honor unsubscribe requests. Operational backups may persist for a limited recovery period.
Your choices
Every beta digest includes preference and unsubscribe controls. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing justin@floridaopportunityhub.com. A minimal suppression record may be retained after deletion so we do not email you again.
